Project Description: Delta State University had a need to improve vehicular and pedestrian access from the main area of campus to the athletic complex. The project involved the creation of a new roadway connecting MS Highway 8 to Delta State University’s athletic complex. The project included the addition of 1.2 miles of storm drainage to alleviate flooding existing issues, and the rehabilitation of the road surrounding the athletic complex.
